You don't need no noise profile from your camera, it is estimatimated from the image.
1. step
Open the noised image for example using Windows Drag & Drop.
2. step
Select denoising the image per component/using one channel in the dialog. Fine tune the denoising power and denoising quality. You can preview the result in the rectangle.
3. step(optional)
Select the power of unsharp mask.
4. step(optional)
Blend the original image and the denoised one according to the pixels intensities.
